Supercheap Auto Currimundi

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to this store While shopping in the Store, I was unfortunately subjected to a highly unprofessional and inappropriate conversation between the store manager, and other employees. During this conversation, I overheard the manager discussing my parenting. The comments made were not only deeply hurtful and judgmental but also a blatant violation of my privacy and respect as a customer. To have my parenting openly criticized and discussed in such a public setting was not only humiliating but also deeply offensive. I am appalled that a manager would engage in such unprofessional conduct, especially in a position of authority within the store. This behaviour not only reflects poorly on the store but also on the overall culture and values of the establishment.if I could give 0 stars I would.

We went into the store as online was not working correctly, greeted by Graham who provided excellent customer service, super friendly and assisted us quickly and with a smile. He even cleaned the item we purchased on display before taking it out to the car for us. So happy with Graham and the team’s customer service. It’s hard to come by, thanks graham!

There were 3 members of staff when I went in at the Currimundi store last weekend and every single one of them was superhelfpul at Supercheap. They all seemed happy and the place had a good vibe. There was a young guy at the till and im not sure if he had worked there long but he was very patient and had time for a friendly chat whilst doing his job. Thank you. Id also just come out of fast food shop where the serving member of staff appeared really unhappy so it was lovely to have such a contrast. Seemed like a great place to work. I wish to let the staff there know how lovely they were :)

Should rename this place to super kindergarten. Went there last week to get a matching colour paint for my wheel arches. It literally took 45min just to make the paint instead of 15min. Didn’t seem to annoy Shakira to make a customer waiting while she just having a yarn with the crew and also other customers instead of making me the paint. In the end, turned out that paint was useless and not properly made so it was useless as seen on the photo. So I have wasted so far 3 days of my life prepping and fixing my wheels arches because of an amateur work. Next time I’ll get it done by a real professionnel. Went to inquire the issue to what looks like a manager but was useless. All I got is my money back. When I told the story about her worker (which is also her workmate) he just giggle at me… for a real professional matter. As seen that sort of $2 managers needs some serious education and training to get to that proper managing stage. Will not be back, I’d rather get my business to real pros like repco or autobarn. This will be not be the end of the story.
